I tried to install a new radio in a 2018 Nissan Sentra, had some trouble so I visited their shop. Within 5 minutes. Rob had my new radio working and I was on my way. Oh and they did not charge me. I will be back. Thanks!

I went in to buy speaker adapters and new door speakers and was politely corrected and told I’m better off replacing with oem. Instead of take my money they explained there’s better alternatives even if it wasn’t through them. I also got to sit down with somebody for well over 20 minutes and purchase/order a new box for my subwoofer and made sure to go over how my current wiring set up was wrong and I left there with better quality materials than I got anywhere online. You will NEVER get the level of care I received here at any big box stores. Can’t wait to go pick up my new box when it comes in!

I recently upgraded the sound system on my HD Electra Glide Classic. I went from the original Hog Tunes to a an Aquatic head unit, amp and speakers in 2021. After a few years of dealing with a system that sounded OK, time for a change. I stopped in and explained my experience to Rob Lancey and he offered a solution within minutes. Me residing in PA and the store in Ohio, it was not easy to just drop the bike off in February. The previous audio installation was done by another shop and had things packed in the fairing and no easy task. I called Rob several times while trying to hook this up myself desperate for proper installation and not wanting to fry something. Long story short, and one week after purchasing, my system sounds excellent! Rob went beyond the call of duty and stopped at nothing until I was happy. The customer service I received, and true professional attitude, has put these guys one notch above the best in my eyes! I highly recommend this team on any audio purchases and an experience that speaks for itself!

As a professional audio engineer that has done live audio for over 2 decades and now runs a production and media company doing live sound system installs on a regular basis, there is nobody else that I would trust with my car audio installations other than Rob and his dad Bob. I’ve been going to Audio Extreme for more than 2 decades and they’ve always been extremely professional and super easy to do business with. They’re very knowledgeable and communicate clearly.
